个人简介
胡祝华,海南大学海南大学信息与通信工程学院教授,博士生导师,海南省自由贸易港高层次人才;海南大学“多模态信息智能处理与决策管控(海南大学创新团队)”负责人。主要从事近海空间数智测控关键技术与服务应用的研究工作,获海南省科技奖一等奖2项、二等奖1项,广东省科技进步二等奖1项;海南省教学成果一等奖2项。主持国家重点研发计划项目子课题、海南省揭榜挂帅重大项目、国家自然科学基金、以及省种业实验室冯家湾重大专项等各类科技项目18项,主持落地的大型商业项目10余项,累计主持专项经费1500余万元;发表学术论文140余篇(SCI&EI论文120余篇,其中ESI热点1篇,ESI高被引6篇),申请专利51件(授权21件)、登记软著34件,出版著作6部。目前为IEEE高级会员,CCF高级会员,中国人工智能学会会员,海南省人工智能学会理事、“多模态信息智能处理与决策管控”专委会主任,科技部国家重点研发计划项目评审专家(组长),国家自然科学基金项目评审专家、教育部学位中心博士论文评审专家、海南省科技评审与咨询专家,海南省科技奖励评审专家。曾担任ICDIP 2022、ICMLSC 2022&2023、ITAS 2022国际学术会议程序委员会主席,ICCDE 2023大会主席,担任ICDIP 2022、ITAS 2022会议职务。在智慧农业、海南自贸港封关运作、以及视觉智能机器人研究上,做出了较为系统性的工作。成果转化与实战成绩获得了省委领导、院士领衔的专家团队的高度肯定与好评,相关服务应用形成了典型案例由权威新闻媒体进行了广泛报道。
